The Slightest Touch

“When Jesus entered Peter’s house, He saw Peter’s mother-in-law lying in bed with a fever; Jesus touched her hand, and the fever left her and she began to serve the Lord” (Matt. 8:14-15)

Those who have been touched by Jesus have been forever changed, for they receive a glimpse of the incredible peace, power, and freedom Jesus brings to their life.

The believer may experience pressure and persecution from every angle, but the Lord provides the power to handle it – along with anything else Satan concocts (with contentment and joy thrown into the bargain!).

The Lord has said, “My grace is sufficient for you.” ( 2 Cor. 12:9)

And Paul understood, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Phil 4:13)

The arguments people make to try and “disprove” Jesus Christ ultimately fall flat due to one all-important aspect…

The believer’s testimony.

When you say:

“This is what Christ has done for me.”

“This is my experience.”

“This is what I know.”

These statements cannot be argued!

You are simply telling your story and the impact Christ as made on your life.

The life-changing power of Christ is evident in anyone who truly serves Him.

God grants blessings of love, joy, peace, patience, wisdom, acceptance, and purpose, just to name a few, to those who love Him.

In Christ, victory over Satan and sin are guaranteed.

The victory is sealed “by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony.” (Rev 12:11)

Praise God!

Amen!
